Sandness Honey (Summer)

Description

This honey was harvested in August 2026. It has a light, creamy taste, typical of clover honey. The hives are sited on our own croft where we maintain our own flower meadows. These are grazed lightly once or twice a year to give the wildflowers a chance to compete against the native grasses.
